Product Warranty
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Magic Shields USA, Inc. mats and floors for one year from the date of purchase. During this time, Magic Shields USA, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, agree to repair or replace at no cost to the customer any mat found after inspection (using emailed photos or by physical inspection) by Magic Shields USA, Inc. to contain a defect in materials or workmanship. To qualify for this limited warranty, the customer must follow the procedures set forth below.
What is not covered?
This limited warranty does not cover damage to the mat caused by misuse or improper installation by the original purchaser or a third-party. Examples include, but are not limited to, modifying, fixing, or altering the product, exposure to heavy furniture, medical equipment, or high heels, and improper storage, cleaning, and/or the failure to follow Magic Shields USA, Inc. instructions. Such circumstances will operate to void the limited warranty.
Who is covered?
The limited warranty covers the original purchaser of the product only. The limited warranty is nonassignable and nontransferable to any subsequent owners and/or purchasers of the product.
What do I need to do to qualify?
In order to qualify for coverage under this limited warranty, you must contact sales@magicshieldsusa.com and provide your company name, proof of purchase and purchase date, and a description of the issue. If a physical inspection is required, ship the product postage prepaid via UPS to 231-1 Great Neck Landing Road, Hubert, NC 28539 in a 12x12x48 inch box, unless other arrangements are made with Customer Service. After Magic Shields USA, Inc. exercises its right to inspect the product it will determine whether the issue is covered by the limited warranty. If the issue is covered, Magic Shields USA, Inc. will repair or replace the product within 2-4 weeks after receiving it, and will refund the cost of shipping of the inspected unit. Failure to follow this procedure will operate to void the limited warranty.
No Other Warranty Or Other Remedies Apply.
This limited warranty of repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available for this product. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed by Magic Shields USA, Inc. including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will Magic Shields USA, Inc. be required to compensate any party for monetary or other losses associated with the use of its product. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this limited warranty or make any other warranty or promise on behalf of Magic Shields USA, Inc.
