Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt enclosed. There is a 25% re-stocking that will be deducted from the refund if the return is approved.

Refunds

Please note that custom or special-order items are not eligible for return. Additionally, any item that has been used, damaged, or is missing components will not qualify for a refund. Items must be shipped with adequate care to prevent damage during transit and returned in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
