Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the delivery of your orders. We aim to ensure that your goods are delivered promptly, securely, and in excellent condition. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delays: If there is a delay in processing your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volumes, holidays), you will be notified promptly.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-10 business days for domestic shipments, depending on the destination. We ship vis UPS. Each item will be delivered
    individually in its own packaging, if up to 4 Magic Shields Mats are ordered.
  • For orders between 5-16 mats, the mats will be placed on a pallet and shipped via a LTL carrier, 6-14 days is standard.
  • For orders of 50+, the mats will be shipped in a ‘wooden crate’ which will require a forklift to unload. An LTL carrier will be selected based on price. 6-14 days is standard.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping: Shipping is based on the weight and size of item, and the location it will be delivered to.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Contact our customer service within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide relevant details, including your order number and evidence of damage (if applicable).
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
